The International Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete Association brings together all those with an interest in Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete:

  • To exchange knowledge and experience concerning GRC
  • To promote GRC in all its valid applications and advance the interests of its members
  • Participate in establishing Codes of Practice and National Standards covering manufacture and performance.
  • Organise International Conferences as a forum for discussing and disseminating GRC knowledge on materials, products and uses.

Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete or GRC (see What is GRC) is one of the most versatile building materials available to architects and engineers. Composed principally of cement, sand and special alkali resistant (AR) glassfibres, GRC is a thin, high strength concrete with many applications in construction. On this site, you can find out more about GRC, find a supplier or consultant, see forthcoming events, visit our bookshop or find out more about membership and organisation of the Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete Association (see Members).
