GRCA Members

K & C Mouldings (England) Limited are an independent company that manufactures and supplies the Downland range of GRC spray and mixing machinery.

The Company was formed in 1959 and recently celebrated the 45th anniversary of incorporation. They were initially involved in glassfibre laminating, GRP materials distribution and engineering but concentrated on engineering and materials distribution after their move to Norfolk in 1965. Their first involvement with GRC was in the early 1960's when a batch of their 'E' glass choppers was modified to enable the British Building research station to conduct chopping trials on the original 'AR' glass. Successful chopping trials led to the development and production of the concentric spraygun and with further developments over the years culminating in the Pre-mix mixer and Pre-mix spraypump.

A small demonstration area is maintained at the Norfolk factory and the company is always prepared and pleased to arrange machinery demonstrations for both the GRC and GRP machinery.
